Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example by email).

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (if applicable), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receipt of your withdrawal notice.
Refunds will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
I may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been returned or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the date on which you informed me of your withdrawal.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Digital Products
For digital products (including downloadable PDF publications), the right of withdrawal expires once the download or digital delivery has begun, provided that:
- you have expressly consented to the immediate performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period; and
- you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
If such consent has not been given, the statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
